ZQ series is a stand-on-the-ground integrated precision intelligent automatic metallographic cutting machine designed to meet the precise positioning cutting and multiple positioning cutting; it adopts large color touch screen and PLC control system. High-quality split double-layer movable precision positioning platform to meet the precision requirements of various irregular pieces to take flat thin slices. The feed stroke can be set arbitrarily, and the cutting speed can be adjusted infinitely from 1 to 25mm/minute (the limit speed is 60mm/minute), and it can be adjusted on-line at any time according to the cutting condition; it is suitable for precision cutting and sampling of various different material samples. (The cut workpiece does not need to be ground and polished, and can be directly tested for micro-hardness test, etc.)
