Biological analysis system function:
1. The basic module: image acquisition, processing, geometric measurements, fixed-fold printing, image splicing and other basic functions;
2.Optional modules:
2.1 Colony analysis: can analyze the long axis, short axis, diameter, area and calculate the statistics of each colony and the maximum area of the colony parameters, analyze the particles inside the larger colony,;
2.2 Cell analysis: can analyze the long axis, short axis, perimeter, area of each cell and calculate the statistics of the cell and the parameters of the largest area of the cell;
